I don't quit.
Every job I have ever held, I became the person people pointed to. The one who figured it out first, who carried the team, who got promoted because I refused to be average. My name is Jay, and helping people win is not something I do for a paycheck. It is something I cannot turn off.
But there was one thing. One thing I started a hundred times in my head and never once let leave my head.
My own business.
I would lie awake running the idea forward, picturing what it could become, and then morning would come and reality would set back in. I have two sons and a stepdaughter who depend on me, and a partner who gave up her own career to stay home and raise them. I could not afford to gamble everything we had built just to go chase an idea with no map.
So I did what a lot of people do. I waited. I studied. I told myself someday. And someday kept not coming.
JayCraft Digital is someday, finally arriving.
I am not building this on hope or luck. I am building it the same way I have built every win in my life, by outworking everyone around me and refusing to let people down. That is not a personality trait I am putting on for this. It is the only way I know how to operate, and it is exactly what I am pointing at this business now.
